The Role

• Preparing and setting up machines for series production
• Machining and inspecting workpieces
• Controlling and monitoring organizational processes
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Performing maintenance and repair work

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship in a metalworking trade
• Several years of professional experience, including CNC experience
• Willingness to work in shifts (early, late, and night shifts)
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, combined with a strong sense of quality and responsibility
