Job Description

The Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for leading and contributing to the development of innovative and scalable enterprise applications using Java, Microservices, and React.js. The role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, architectural decision-making, stakeholder collaboration, and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Java applications to support business requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using industry best practices.
• Lead the development of enterprise-scale web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Design and implement Microfrontend architectures for large, distributed applications.
• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Build reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design systems.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, performance, accessibility, and responsive design standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Support CI/CD implementation and frontend deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor frontend engineers and junior team members.
• Support sprint planning, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• 8+ years of frontend development experience.
• Experience designing and implementing Microfrontend architectures using Webpack Module Federation, Single-SPA, or similar technologies.
• Strong experience with Java and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with Redux Toolkit, React Query, and Context API.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with Jest and React Testing Library.
• Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Next.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
• Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Frontend security and performance optimization.
