The Role

• Provide inbound customer support for a student loans campaign.
• Assist students and their families with loan application inquiries, including payments, eligibility, and funding.
• Support students in navigating financial aspects of their academic journey.
• Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced contact center environment.
• Engage with diverse customer needs, from simple queries to challenging situations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and adherence to call handling times.

What You'll Need

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PC usage and navigating complex systems.
• Ability to listen actively and accurately relay information.
• Resilience and determination in handling challenging calls.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 8 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Willingness to attend mandatory classroom-based training and nesting.
