Senior Program Financial Analyst | Huntsville, AL, United States | Hybrid | $92,300.00 - $166,850.00

We're hiring for a leading national technology and defense solutions provider with a strong reputation for innovation and impactful mission support. Join a dynamic team that tackles complex challenges and drives mission success.

The Role

  • Define and manage program financial goals and objectives.
  • Create and maintain program budgets and analyze progress against baselines.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending actions for optimal execution.
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts, reports, and analysis.
  • Manage program general ledger, monitor cash flow, and drive financial forecasts (EACs).
  • Support pricing for on-contract growth and provide Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline with 8+ years of program financial control experience.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management, financial forecasting, cost/revenue management, and variance analysis.
  • Prior experience in the defense contracting industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various contract types (FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus, Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • US citizenship required and ability to obtain security clearance.
