Job Description

Business Title: Certification Engineer

Location: Everett, WA (Remote)

Job Type: Direct hire

Note: Candidate must work onsite at client''s Everett, WA facility for the first month. After the initial onsite engagement, the position can be performed remotely.

Must have skills:

  • Hand-on Certification Documents
  • Hands on All SAS
  • Designated Engineering Representatives (DERs)
  • SOI Audit
  • DO-178B/C
  • FAA/EASA

Job Description:

  • The candidate should have very good experience in Embedded software which includes analysis of code, Memory leak , dynamic memory, static memory, Object code, watchdog timer, software, and hardware partitioning, Dead code, deactivated code etc...

Testing experience:

  • The candidate should have very good experience in Embedded software testing using DO178B/C which includes framework creation using partitioning, unit testing, Hardware software testing, Software testing, Test plan, Test procedure, Structural coverage analysis, worst case analysis
  • DO-178B/C (Software knowledge is must)
  • Hand-on Certification Documents preparation
  • Hands on All SAS (Software Accomplishment Summary) Review checklists such as SDP, SVP, PSAC, LLR, HLR, SCI, SCMP and SVMP.
  • SOI1 to SoI4 Audit (Stage of Involvement)
  • Hands-on exp Designated Engineering Representatives (DERs) support
  • Must have experience FAA/EASA Certification.
