We are seeking dedicated Operating Room nurses (OTA/OP-Pflegekraft w/m/d) to join a leading medical facility specializing in surgery, orthopedics, and internal medicine. Become part of a high-performing OP team dedicated to ensuring smooth procedures and excellent patient care in a state-of-the-art 10-operating room surgical department located on the Rhine.

The Role

• Provide surgical care to patients across various specialties including general surgery, ENT, orthopedics, trauma, spinal surgery, vascular surgery, and angiology.
• Instrument, assist, and perform 'springer' duties during surgical interventions as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate closely with specialist departments to ensure seamless OP processes and high-quality patient treatment.
• Actively implement quality assurance measures to maintain high process and outcome standards.
• Support the team in daily operations within a busy, critical care environment.

What You'll Need

• Certified training as an OTA (w/m/d) or as a nurse (m/f/d), with a preference for OP specialization or prior OP experience.
• Strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to foster a respectful and collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties.
• Proof of measles immunization.
