We are seeking a skilled Roadside Vehicle Technician to join a leading UK-based automotive assistance provider renowned for its long-standing trust and innovative approach to keeping drivers moving. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team delivering expert roadside repairs and exceptional member service.

The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics for a variety of vehicles.
• Provide emergency breakdown support and quick, confident solutions to members.
• Conduct fault finding for complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure outstanding member service and provide reassurance during stressful situations.
• Start and finish your workday from home, managing your own schedule and call-outs.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make sound independent decisions.
