They are looking for a skilled individual to join their ranks and contribute to their ongoing success. The Role • Manufacturing metal and steel structures according to technical drawings and production documents. • Cutting, drilling, bending, and straightening metal components. • Performing welding tasks (e.g., MAG, TIG – depending on qualifications). • Assembling components and structures in the workshop or at regional construction sites. • Conducting dimensional checks, quality inspections, and post-processing of fabricated parts. • Contributing to custom fabrications and individual client projects. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Metallbauer, Konstruktionsmechaniker, or comparable qualification. • Several years of professional experience in metal or steel construction is desirable. • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments. • Welding skills are an advantage but not a strict requirement. • Manual dexterity, technical understanding, and a precise working method. • Ability to work independently, with strong teamwork and reliability. • German language skills for work instructions and documentation.
