They need you, an experienced Hands On DBA Manager to wear multiple hats as you join one of the most important, mission-critical teams within the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coach, and develop database and application administration teams.
• Ensure the stability, availability, security, and performance of production environments.
• Oversee daily operations, incident management, capacity planning, backups, and disaster recovery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in IT operations, SQL database/application administration, and windows infrastructure.
• 3+ years leading teams, coaching, performance management, and prioritization.
