  • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, scripting, or RF analytical applications.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools or machine learning applications for spectrum analysis.
  • Knowledge of radio frequency propagation, wireless communications, signal analysis, and interference mitigation techniques.
  • Experience with RF monitoring equipment, spectrum analyzers, or software-defined radios (SDRs).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical findings to senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in dynamic mission environments.
  • A combination of education and experience is required: BA/BS with 4+ years; AA/AS with 8+ years; or HS/GED with 10+ years.

  • Prior military experience with an understanding of operational context, doctrine, or coordination within a federal environment.
  • Experience supporting operational test and evaluation, technology demonstrations, or capability development initiatives.
  • Knowledge of UAS command and control architectures and RF-based detection systems.
  • Experience supporting data fusion, common operating picture development, or operational decision-support systems.
