The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, process improvement, business process modeling, documentation, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams within large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Senior Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proven track record supporting application modernization programs
• Solid understanding of APIs, data models, schema design, data mapping, and UX principles
• Ability to translate complex business needs into well-defined Jira epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Exceptional analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and QA teams
