Director, Data and Technology

DIRECTOR, DATA AND TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred - candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher will be given priority.
• Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience across technology services, development, analytics, data services, or enterprise systems IS REQUIRED. (Managing direct reports - Project/Program or team lead management in not applicable).
• Five or more years leading managers and multi-functional technology organizations required
• Experience overseeing data platforms, application development, analytics, reporting services, technology operations, or related functions. 
• Demonstrated success driving organizational transformation, service modernization, operational excellence, and strategic change. 
• Experience developing technology roadmaps, organizational strategies, and investment plans. 
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, software licensing, and technology investments. 
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, business partnership, and strategic planning skills. 
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or Epic-related environments preferred; experience in another large scale EHR systems will be considered.
