Sr. Program Manager (Hardware)

Title: Sr. Program Manager (Hardware)
Location: Santa Clara, CA - (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Lead NPI and product development programs for x86 hardware appliances with global contract manufacturers.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Quality, Compliance, Test, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
Own hardware development schedules, phase gates, validation, characterization, and product release readiness.
Lead DFM, DFA, DFT, PCBA, ECO, traceability, and manufacturing qualification activities.
Identify and mitigate technical, schedule, quality, supply, and cost risks throughout the product lifecycle.
Partner with suppliers and CMs on material management, cost reduction, risk buys, and commercial negotiations.
Drive order fulfillment readiness for new SKFRUs and lead post-ramp qualification initiatives.
Requires 8+ years of NPI/product development experience, strong program management skills, x86/PCBA knowledge, and excellent cross-functional communication.
