The Role

• Picking and packing an average of 150 orders per shift using a "product-to-person" system.
• Ensuring the quality of products as you fill order crates.
• Contributing to a clean and safe work environment alongside colleagues.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve operational goals.
• Potential to advance into roles such as Team Leader or Planner.

What You'll Need

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Basic proficiency in Dutch or English.
• Availability for 24-40 hours per week, with flexibility for morning or evening shifts.
• Valid EU identification or work permit.
