Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of PeopleSoft techno-functional experience with proven end-to-end delivery.
• 5+ years in a lead / people-management capacity across onsite–offshore models.
• Demonstrated experience in PeopleTools/application upgrades and integration projects.
• End-to-end HCM process expertise: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Compensation, Position Management.
• FSCM process knowledge: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Purchasing, eProcurement, Asset Management, Project Costing.
• Business process mapping, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design across multiple modules.
• Statutory, regulatory, and compliance-driven configuration and impact assessment.
• PeopleTools 8.5x/8.6x, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages.
• Component Interface, File Layout, Approval Workflow Engine (AWE), and Approval Framework.
• Fluid UI, Tiles, WorkCenters, Dashboards, Pivot Grids, and Related Content framework.
• Design review and code-quality governance across the development team.
• Integration Broker design (service operations, messaging, routing, monitoring) and REST/SOAP web services.
• Integrations with third-party payroll providers, IAM/AD, banking, tax, and ERP/GL platforms.
• Middleware / Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SSO, and data conversion / migration strategy.
