• Recommend optimization opportunities.
• Assess implementation quality.
• Support standardization efforts.
• Understand union and non-union environments.
• Train internal teams.
• Guide future-state governance.

Analyst Role

Must be able to:

• Work Workday Absence tickets.
• Support Help Workspace activities.
• Investigate PTO and accrual issues.
• Analyze migration data.
• Understand Workday operational support.
• Assist with plan inventory and documentation.

Desired analyst responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Support

• Work tickets in Help Workspace.
• Answer employee absence-related questions.
• Investigate PTO issues.
• Support ongoing operational activities.

Project Support

• Assist with absence plan review.
• Analyze current configurations.
• Support future standardization efforts.
