IT TSA Manager (Spanish Speaking)

Location: Remote (U.S.) with occasional domestic and international travel

Employment Type: Contract / Contract-to-Hire

 

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a bilingual IT Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) Manager who is fluent in Spanish and English to support complex global mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across North America and Latin America.

 

This individual will lead the planning, governance, execution, and successful exit of IT Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs), ensuring business continuity throughout the separation process. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing IT divestitures, coordinating cross-functional teams, and working directly with buyers, sellers, and executive stakeholders in both English and Spanish.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the governance and execution of IT Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) from Day 1 through TSA exit.
  • Coordinate with IT Service Owners, Infrastructure, Applications, Security, and Business teams to ensure successful TSA delivery.
  • Develop and execute TSA Exit Plans while minimizing business disruption.
  • Partner with buyers, sellers, and third-party vendors to manage service transitions and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate executive meetings, governance reviews, and status reporting in both English and Spanish.
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and overall TSA progress.
  • Coordinate IT carve-out and separation activities across multiple workstreams.
  • Support IT due diligence, Day 1 readiness, and post-close transition planning.
  • Identify project risks, escalate issues, and drive timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT M&A and TSA methodologies, standards, and best practices.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal); ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders in both languages.
  • 8+ years of IT Program or Project Management experience.
  • Proven experience managing IT Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) for mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
  • Experience supporting IT divestitures, carve-outs, or large enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud environments.
  • Experience working with executive leadership, IT Service Owners, vendors, and global stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including risk management, budgeting, governance, and executive reporting.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor''s degree required; PMP or similar certification preferred.
