DevOps Developer 4 with Security Clearance

Our client is currently seeking a DevOps Developer 4 & needed TS/SCI with CI poly clearance to start Job Code: DevOps Developer 4 Work Location: Seal Beach, CA Shifts: 1st shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with an adjudicated CI poly

Position Responsibilities: • Apply modern DevOps practices (including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerized deployments, and infrastructure as code) to streamline integration and test activities • Stand up, configure, and maintain secure test environments leveraging cloud-native and virtualized resources • Drive continuous improvement of integration and test processes, incorporating automation, metrics, and lessons learned to increase efficiency and reliability • Automate, develop, monitor, improve, and troubleshoot across engineering development, tooling, testing, integration, deployment, configuration processes, and security controls • Review, develop, document, and maintain system requirements and traceability • Interface with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external customers

Required Skills: • 3+ years of experience with deploying, securing and supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems (RHEL5/6/7/8) • Experience in DevOps cloud system design • Experience with scripting, particularly in shell scripting in sh and csh variants, Bash, Python, and PERL • Experience writing and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Bicep, ARM, or Terraform • Must be willing and able to travel occasionally to support customer needs • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including on call support as needed (including weekends and holidays) • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with an adjudicated CI/FS polygraph

Preferred Skills: • 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience with VMware Virtual Machines and Hypervisor • Experience with PKI certificates and Security protocols • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Experience with Windows 10+ • Active CompTIA Security+ certification Education / Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).
