Location: Seattle, WA or Portland, OR – Hybrid with 2 days in office per week

Job Description :

• Presales Solution Architect role focused on creating technical solutions for customers in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Strong understanding of the Avaya design process and ability to develop Avaya-based solutions based on customer requirements.
• Conduct daily customer meetings to understand requirements, discuss solutions, and provide technical recommendations.
• Translate customer business/technical requirements into solution designs, proposals, scopes of work, and presentations.
• Experience with  Avaya Aura(CM, AES, SMGR, SM, Client, Messaging), SBC, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, Genesys (Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage platforms), and enterprise voice solutions.
• Work closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and technical teams throughout the presales process.
• Strong customer-facing communication and consulting skills.
