The Role This is a full 360 recruitment role where you will be responsible for:

• Developing new business opportunities and winning new clients
• Managing and growing existing customer relationships
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification to placement
• Working towards achievable targets with exceptional earning potential
• Building a strong presence within your specialist market

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
• A desire to succeed and maximise earnings
