Team Lead, Neurological Early Rehabilitation | Bad Staffelstein, Germany | Hybrid We're looking for a dedicated leader for a specialized neurological early rehabilitation unit, dedicated to helping patients recover from strokes and severe head injuries. This role is within a leading healthcare institution known for its comprehensive care across psychosomatics, orthopedics, and neurology, serving over 4,500 patients annually with approximately 580 dedicated staff. The Role • Lead and guide the nursing team on the neurological early rehabilitation ward (A0). • Manage personnel scheduling, including duty and vacation plans, while optimizing operational workflows. • Foster staff development through targeted training and qualification measures. • Collaborate with other departments and professional groups, leading interdisciplinary projects. • Actively participate in direct patient care, providing hands-on support to the team. What You'll Need • Qualified as a registered nurse (e.g., general, pediatric, or geriatric nursing) with several years of experience in neurological early rehabilitation. • A qualification as a ward manager or in similar leadership roles is advantageous. • Strong self-initiative, professional competence, and a high sense of responsibility. • Demonstrable commitment, flexibility, assertiveness, and business acumen. • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, proficiency with hospital information systems, and a willingness for continued professional development.
