- Flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options to fit your life
- Career growth opportunity with paid trainings and a path to become a BCBA
- Empowering work with guaranteed autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
- Track progress and communicate with families
- Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support
What We’re Looking For:*
- Active RBT Certification
- Reliable transportation to get to client’s homes
- High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required!)
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Pay scale: $20-$28
