Third-Party Risk Analyst

3 Months contract later hire (CTH)

McLean , VA On-site M-F

Interview Information:

Rounds: 2 rounds

Interview Type: MS Teams - Video Mandatory for 1st round| 2nd round is In Person

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a team lead and possess strong expertise in third-party risk management, information security, and operational risk, with advanced skills in spreadsheet formulas, Excel automation, and financial statement analysis; knowledge of SOC reviews (including SOC 1 Type 2), controls, and enhancements is essential.
  • Experience in IT audit is a nice-to-have.

Job Description:

  • Experience working as business analyst in mortgage industry
  • Can interface between business and technical teams
  • Understanding of end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC)

Experience in:

  • Requirement gathering -Process/data flow design -Technical spec design -Business analysis -Translating business requirements to technical requirements -Defining project objectives -Feasibility analysis -Supporting development, systems integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) -Creating and documenting UAT test strategies/plans and test cases/scripts
  • Knowledge of manual and automation testing
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
