Senior Project Manager – PeopleSoft HCM

• 8–10+ years of experience serving as the overall Project Manager with direct, hands-on, end-to-end responsibility.
• Significant PeopleSoft project management experience; candidates without this experience should not be submitted.
• Demonstrated PeopleSoft HCM project leadership experience, preferably including WFA, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, ePerformance, or similar modules.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects or multi-phased initiatives.
• Experience managing SDLC-related projects from initiation through delivery.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage vendors, dependencies, risks, schedules, budgets, and project communications.
• Strong executive communication, organization, planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must be US-based and able to work and remain responsive during 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience or training.
• Higher education project management experience.
• Broad PeopleSoft HCM experience with understanding of cross-functional dependencies involving Financials/GL.
• Experience managing institution-wide or multi-institutional technology initiatives.
