Inside Sales Rep

Our client is a manufacturing company seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Henderson, NC. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on growing revenue through strategic account management and consultative selling. The right candidate will bring a proven sales track record and thrive in a performance-driven environment with uncapped commission earning potential. Job Responsibilities - - Develop and execute account growth strategies to expand revenue within an assigned territory.

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with distributors, contractors, and industry partners.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to match customer needs with the right product solutions.
• Deliver virtual and on-site product presentations and training to support customer success.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records, activity logs, and account documentation within Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Job Requirements - - 2+ years of B2B sales and cold calling experience required.
• 4+ years of account management and data entry experience.
• 1+ year of Salesforce CRM experience.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in flooring, trim, millwork, or building materials preferred.
• Background working in a B2B manufacturing or wholesale distribution environment preferred.
