Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Smile CDR environments (Dev/Test/Prod)
• Manage repositories, modules, partitions, channels, and security
• Support FHIR APIs and interoperability programs
• Monitor platform health, availability, and performance
• Troubleshoot API, ingestion, and platform issues
• Implement security, audit logging, and compliance controls
• Create runbooks, deployment procedures, and operational standards
• Support CMS, Prior Authorization, Patient Access, Provider Access, Payer-to-Payer initiatives
