The Role

• Lead and develop your team with a supportive and knowledgeable approach.
• Ensure outstanding product quality and presentation at the fresh food counter.
• Uphold strict hygiene standards and manage all operational aspects of the counter.
• Implement sales-promoting measures and effectively manage costs and revenue.
• Drive customer satisfaction through expert advice and excellent service.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience.
• Proven expertise in fresh food products and a strong commitment to quality.
• A proactive, results-oriented, and conscientious work style.
• Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, including Saturdays.
