Role and Responsibilities:

As the Engagement Manager, Collections Strategy, you will lead the design, testing, and optimization of endtoend collections and recoveries strategies across early and late buckets. You ll combine analytics, experimentation, and partnerships with operations and vendors to lift rightparty contact (RPC), increase recovery rates, reduce rollforward, and lower unit costs while shaping a digitalfirst engagement model. You will be responsible for growing strategic client relationships, leading consulting engagements, managing high-performing teams, driving thought leadership, and delivering measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main client contact, engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Design and optimize collections strategies across channels and segments.
• Track key metrics (RPC, recovery rates, roll rates) and recommend improvements.
• Oversee policy changes, test new approaches, and monitor market trends.
• Partner with operations and vendors to execute strategic initiatives and drive results.
• Lead analytical and consulting workstreams while managing onshore and offshore teams.

Candidate Profile:

• 7+ years of experience in Collections strategy, Analytics Consulting, and Financial Services

along with solution design and client management

• SQL, Python
• Policy optimization and experience with Banks / FinTechs
• Unsecured lending expertise (Acquisitions/Underwriting)
• Own delivery, client relationships, and business growth

• Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem solving and people management skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and story building skills in a consulting setup
• Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
