You'll act as the central point of coordination for our head office and visitor experience, creating a professional and welcoming environment for colleagues, customers, and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.

  • Process and reconcile monthly expenses and corporate credit card submissions.
  • Raise purchase orders and manage associated approval processes.
  • Coordinate uniform requests and track orders through to delivery.
  • Support the planning and delivery of Leadership Team meetings, Town Halls, and business-wide events.
  • Arrange and coordinate onboarding programmes for new senior leaders, including inductions, stakeholder meetings, and site visits.
  • Act as a key point of contact for leadership administration and stakeholder coordination.
  • Support site visits and field-based activities, ensuring all arrangements are organised and communicated effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive business information.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the Head Office and ensure a positive visitor experience.
  • Must have previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, or Senior Administrator supporting senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing complex diaries and coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience organising travel, accommodation, meetings, events, and wider business activities.
  • Strong administrative experience, including processing expenses, purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Comfortable working with senior leaders and building effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused, with the confidence to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Company Pension Scheme
  • Company Sick pay (after qualifying period)
