The Role • Build and lead your own EASYFITNESS studio. • Manage all entrepreneurial aspects, including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team. • Drive local marketing efforts and member acquisition. • Ensure an outstanding studio experience for all members. • Uphold EASYFITNESS brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Equity capital ranging from €25,000 to €75,000. • Entrepreneurial mindset and responsible, independent action. • Strong leadership and teamwork skills. • Motivation to build and grow your own business. • Passion for fitness, health, and people. • Prior experience in fitness, service, management, or sales is ideal, but career changers are welcome.
