Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) to lead business analysis and solution definition initiatives for enterprise Pega implementations within the Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance (BCM) domain. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams by translating complex business requirements into scalable Pega solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory standards, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle for enterprise Pega implementations.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and business process models.
• Partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to design scalable solutions using the Pega Infinity Platform and Constellation UX.
• Analyze financial services and insurance business processes, ensuring solutions align with regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Define business workflows, process diagrams, decision logic, and data mappings for banking, capital markets, and insurance applications.
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise Common Data Model (CDM) standards and integration best practices across multiple systems.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement review sessions, and stakeholder meetings while managing scope, priorities, and change requests.
• Support solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities to ensure business expectations are met.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams while maintaining high standards for documentation, governance, and delivery quality.
• Provide guidance on business process optimization, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience, including at least 3 years working on Pega implementations.
• Strong expertise with the Pega Infinity Platform and Constellation UX.
• Experience defining business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and data mapping documentation.
• Solid understanding of Common Data Model (CDM) concepts and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience working within Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance environments.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling, workflow analysis, and requirement elicitation techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, developers, QA teams, and business users throughout project delivery.
• Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA/LBA) certification is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation or workflow modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and enterprise governance processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, financial services operations, and insurance business processes.

Certification:

• Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA/LBA) certification is required.
