Job Description

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks an Employee Relations Coordinator to support a respectful, guest-first workplace. In this role, you will coordinate employee relations cases, assist with investigations, document findings, and ensure fair, consistent application of policies aligned with tribal values. You will coach supervisors on performance and conduct issues, support conflict resolution, and help deliver training on workplace standards. Partner with HR and leaders to promote an inclusive culture, maintain compliance with employment laws, and provide timely, confidential guidance to team members across the resort and casino.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track employee relations cases from intake through resolution
  • Assist with and document workplace investigations involving performance, conduct, and policy violations
  • Support conflict resolution between employees and leaders while maintaining neutrality and confidentiality
  • Advise and coach supervisors on consistent application of HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure alignment with tribal values, employment laws, and organizational policies
  • Prepare accurate reports, case notes, and documentation for employee relations matters
  • Partner with HR team members to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions
  • Help develop and deliver training on workplace behavior, respect, and compliance
  • Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and complaint processes
  • Support a positive, inclusive culture that reinforces a guest-first mindset across the resort and casino
