Job Description

Soccer Stars of South Austin is growing, and we’re looking for energetic, positive, kid‑focused coaches to join our team. If you love soccer, enjoy working with children, and want a job that’s active, meaningful, and fun, this is the perfect opportunity.

As a Youth Soccer Coach, you’ll lead engaging sessions for children ages 2–10+, helping them build foundational soccer skills, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of movement. We provide a proven curriculum, ongoing training, and a supportive coaching community — you bring the enthusiasm and heart.

Hourly pay starting between $18-$25/hour

Hours: 9:00am - 11:30am, 2:00pm - 4:30pm M-F

What You’ll Do

  • Lead high‑energy soccer sessions that follow our curriculum and coaching philosophy
  • Teach age‑appropriate skills to small groups of children ages 2–10
  • Create a positive, encouraging, and safe environment where every child feels successful
  • Manage groups of up to 15 players with confidence and clarity
  • Communicate with parents and program staff in a friendly, professional manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Ensure all safety guidelines and program standards are followed
