What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training and initial experience in the automotive sector (e.g., Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Mechaniker, Karosseriebauer).
• Open to career changers with potential (e.g., Industriemechaniker, Installateur, Maler und Lackierer) who are motivated to learn.
• Possess a valid Class B driver's license and good German language skills.
• Proficient in basic computer use.
