What You'll Own

• A full 360 desk with complete autonomy.
• Client development across energy trading, analytics, optimisation and commercial roles.
• Regular UK travel to meet clients, attend industry events and build deep market networks.
• Building niche talent pipelines in one of the most commercially exciting markets in the UK.

What You Bring?

• Proven 360 recruitment experience with strong BD capability.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders in a technical, fast paced sector.
• Curiosity about energy trading and the commercial drivers behind the market.
• A self starter mindset suited to an agile, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel and build relationships face to face.
