The Role • Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shopper needs and maximize sales opportunities. • Build attractive product displays and end caps to enhance product visibility. • Reset shelves and manage product rotation to ensure freshness and sales efficiency. • Track inventory levels to support store and supplier sales goals. • Interact positively with customers and management to ensure excellent service delivery. What You'll Need • Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner. • Must be 21 years or older. • Ability to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. • Preferably have experience in sales, but not required as training is provided. • Reliable transportation to and from work locations. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
