The Role

• Lead and represent the Women's Clinic in a key leadership position, deputizing for the Chief Physician.
• Utilize specialized expertise, preferably in Special Obstetrics and Perinatal Medicine or Gynecological Oncology.
• Perform complex surgical procedures, participate in on-call duties, and actively contribute to patient treatment success.
• Drive the strategic development and innovation within the clinic.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training in Gynecology and Obstetrics, with experience in a Level 2 Perinatal Center.
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide medical staff.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Commitment to representing the clinic positively both internally and externally.
