We're hiring for an impact-driven community organization renowned for transforming the lives of young people with special educational needs, working closely with local authorities and schools to deliver innovative support.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 - KS5 by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners to make a significant difference.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check and 2+ professional references (DBS can be facilitated).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
