We are seeking motivated, licensed insurance professionals to join our growing team! In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, educate them on insurance products, identify coverage needs, and help customers select solutions that fit their goals and budget. You'll work with inbound and outbound leads while building lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Educate consumers on available insurance products and coverage options
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Guide clients through the quoting, enrollment, and policy selection process
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent pipeline activity
Accurately document customer information and sales activity within company systems
Meet and exceed sales, activity, and performance goals
Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company standards
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through policy issuance

Must hold at least one active insurance license:
Personal Lines License
Professional phone presence and customer-focused attitude
Willingness to work Saturdays as needed
Ability to work effectively in a performance-driven environment
Previous insurance sales experience
Prior call center experience
Customer service experience
Inside sales or phone sales experience
Experience using CRM and lead management systems
Professional sales and communication training
Experience in the growing insurance and financial services industry
Valuable skills in sales, customer service, relationship-building, and insurance consulting
