Product Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to help build our technical team from the ground up at a mission-driven company advancing medical education for healthcare professionals worldwide. We're seeking a Product Manager comfortable working across web, mobile, and backend surfaces, plus close collaboration with our editorial team.

You'll own the backlog and priorities across all three surfaces and drive discovery with editors, members, and stakeholders. We're looking for a natural team player and communicator — someone who builds trust easily, listens well, and brings people together around shared goals.

Core Tools & Stack: Jira, cross-surface backlog & discovery tools, spec and acceptance-criteria writing

Qualifications:

• Strong experience as a Product Manager across multiple technical surfaces
• Technical enough to write specs an engineer can build from
• Comfortable making sensible trade-off calls without escalating every decision
• Medical, education, or subscription product experience a plus, but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A genuine team player who communicates openly, collaborates generously, and helps build a supportive, culture-first environment for the people around them

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the backlog and priorities across web, mobile, and core application surfaces
• Lead discovery with editors, members, and stakeholders
• Write clear specs and acceptance criteria that engineers can build from directly
• Own release notes and communication around new features
• Own intake for all new work streams
• Show up as a collaborative, culture-first team member as we build our technical organization from the ground up
