Job Description

· Advise the Controller Americas and Service Management on the financial performance, risks, profitability, and forecasting of the Service business.

· Implement and support financial policies, procedures, and internal controls established by management.

· Monitor the financial performance of service projects throughout the project lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, costs, margins, profitability, and variance analysis.

· Develop the annual Service budget and maintain service forecasts and Last Estimates (LE), providing regular updates and recommendations based on financial performance.

· Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, management analyses, and performance dashboards to support decision-making.

· Determine, reconcile, and support Work in Progress (WIP), accrued revenue, deferred revenue, warranty provisions, and other project-related accounting estimates in accordance with company policies.

· Monitor warranty-related financial performance and coordinate periodic warranty reviews with the Service Management.

· Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of service-related financial data within the ERP system (ISAH) and other reporting tools.

· Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including the preparation of financial statements, audit support, and related reconciliations.

· Prepare, review, and support Sales and Use Tax and Federal and State Corporate Income Tax compliance activities, including tax filings, tax account reconciliations, responding to tax notices, supporting tax audits, and coordinating with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

· Prepare and maintain liquidity and cash flow forecasts for the Service business.

· Assist with fixed asset accounting, pricing analyses, and other finance projects as assigned.

· You have experience with and necessary skills for managing business accounts

· You have affinity with ERP systems and accounting software.

· You are fluent in written and spoken English.

· You are an advanced user of MS office.
