The Role

• Create a secure and comfortable atmosphere for residents, particularly during nighttime hours.
• Administer basic and advanced nursing care, along with medication management.
• Conduct digital record-keeping and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
• Provide essential care and support for short-term stay guests.
