The Role

• Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio by executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge.
• Develop and implement data-driven business plans, strategies, and tactics to maximize sales performance.
• Effectively communicate product value propositions, probe customer needs, handle objections, and close sales interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders within the territory.
• Gather market intelligence, understand therapeutic area dynamics, and identify unique opportunities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement landscapes and address payer access challenges.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales, or related healthcare sales.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in disease and product knowledge training, including annual certification.
• Strong communication skills, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools for sales insights.
• Must reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
