Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Manager to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and transformation engagements for enterprise clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Oracle consulting professional with strong project management, stakeholder management, and Oracle Fusion functional expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, enhancement, optimization, and transformation projects.
• Manage project planning, governance, scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate functional, technical, integration, reporting, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct discovery workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design sessions, and business process transformation discussions.
• Provide functional leadership across Oracle Fusion Financials, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
• Drive testing, deployment readiness, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Advise clients on Oracle Fusion best practices, governance, controls, and process improvements.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, proposals, SOW development, and customer presentations.
• Mentor team members and contribute to Oracle practice development, reusable assets, and delivery standards.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of Oracle ERP consulting, implementation, or enterprise applications experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
• Multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation or transformation engagements.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience working within consulting, system integration, or professional services organizations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Certifications.
• PMP Certification (preferred).
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle SCM, Manufacturing, WMS, CRM/CX, or HCM.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, business development, and solution architecture.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Consumer Products, Healthcare, or Life Sciences.

• Oracle Cloud implementation methodology experience.
• Executive stakeholder management.
• Practice development and mentoring experience.
• Strong consulting and customer engagement skills.
