The Role

• Plan and guide the onboarding of new employees.
• Participate in daily floor operations within the residential area.
• Assume overall responsibility for the practical training of apprentices.
• Ensure the effective transfer of competencies to trainees and liaise with nursing schools and external partners.
• Contribute to the maintenance and advancement of quality management systems.
• Conduct staff training on nursing-related topics.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a specialist in geriatric or general nursing.
• Relevant certification as a practical trainer.
• Commitment to implementing a holistic and resident-centered care concept.
• Empathy, strong social skills, and excellent organizational talent.
• Confident communication and interaction with residents, colleagues, and families.
• Proficient in general PC skills (MS Office, relevant application software).
