The Role • Ensure comprehensive gastroenterological care for patients. • Perform advanced endoscopic diagnostics including gastroscopy (incl. PEG insertion), colonoscopy (incl. polypectomy), and endosonography. • Conduct expert sonographic diagnostics, including bowel sonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound. • Drive the strategic development of outpatient gastroenterological services. • Mentor and supervise physicians in further training. • Participate actively in internal on-call duties. What You'll Need • Board certification in Internal Medicine with a specialization in Gastroenterology. • Ideally, additional certification in Diabetology. • Proficiency in gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and endosonography for staging and biopsy. • A strong commitment to patient-centered care, empathy, and teamwork. • Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration and process improvement.
