As a Shipping Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring all outgoing products are accurately prepared and dispatched to our valued customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to our mission of providing an exceptional guest experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards.
• All orders are processed within 24 hours
• Verify orders for accuracy before shipment.
• Create and manage shipping labels and documentation.
• Coordinate with various carriers to schedule pickups and manage shipping logistics.
• Maintain an organized and clean shipping area to ensure efficiency.
• Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries regarding shipments.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in handling shipping software and tools.
• 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Preferences:

• Experience in the firearm industry or related retail experience.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and best practices.
