Responsible for the delivery of professional complex services to patients and patient's families within interdisciplinary setting.

Requirements

Education

- High School Diploma: Required

-Masters of Social Work: Required

Experience

-2 years of Social Work: Preferred

-2 years of Counseling: Preferred

Certifications/Licensures

-Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) -OR-

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): Required, must be current in the State of Texas

-Basic Life Support (BLS): Required within 90 days of start date

-SAFE Approach Level III: Required within 6 months of hire
