Job Description:

The Analyst role focuses on gathering, interpreting, and presenting data to support business and technical decision-making. Analysts work closely with stakeholders to identify trends, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to define KPIs.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Support data governance and ensure accuracy of reporting.
Qualifications
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling.
Ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
