UPC has been designing and manufacturing retail store fixtures and point-of-purchase displays in Madison, Wisconsin, for almost 50 years, since 1978 . Started as a family business, we have grown and have established ourselves worldwide. Manage full employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, changes, and off-boarding).

Maintain HRIS/ATS data accuracy
Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws including employment, OSHA and insurance
Update and communicate HR policies, handbooks, and SOP
Responsible for payroll and benefits
Maintains confidential employment records
Facility Equipment & Work Environment
4 years of HR or HR generalist experience
~ Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
~ Payroll and benefits experience
~ Medical, Insurance, Retirement, Payroll Administrator, etc.)
